A Foray into the Great Barrier Reef

The Great Barrier Reef of Australia is one of the most notable tourist attractions of the country. In Pete’s wicked travels, I am going to elaborate on my trip down under to this wonderful spot and how I made the most of the water sports scenario at Hamilton. The white sands of Whitsunday Islands call for a pleasant time out with a cocktail in my hand. There is everything here from the luxury resorts to simple natural tents.

Once at the Great Barrier Reef, you can feel vanished within the lush national parks of the island. The Green Island and Fitzroy Island near Dunk and Cairns are some ideal options to hang out in. a lot of diving options and resorts are located along the Lizard Island and Heron Island. Going through my wicked travels will give you the idea that I thoroughly enjoyed my trip, and this is what I actually did.

You can easily board a glass bottomed boat and sample the colorful marine and coral life at coastal hubs like Cairns, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Proserpine, Mission Beach, Port Douglas, Townsville, Bundaberg and other areas. The smooth zones of the reef are attraction too with the deep drop-offs, caves and tunnels. You can even dive through the edge of the continental shelf or snorkel like I did in my journey down under. You can even explore the SS Yongala shipwreck from Magnetic Island and Townsville.

See the sea stars, mollusks, crabs and corals at the Capricorn, Bunker and Fitzroy reefs or kick your way through the canyons and beside the marine turtles near the Lady Musgrave and Lady Elliot islands. The clear warm water and vibrant coral reefs of the Whitsunday Island is an attractive draw for tourists which had been an essential part of my wicked travels to Australia.
